MEXICAN AGATES

Here are a few pieces from my Mexican agate collection. As I have never been able to collect personally in Mexico, most of these I bought in different places & some were gifts to me from my friend Pat who has an incredible, extensive agate collection of his own.  Some of these are rough, some are slabs, & some are cabs that I've cut & polished.

I have tried to represent the colors of the agates as accurately as possible. The unpolished ones are shown wet, & where I have had to adjust the colors to correct for bad lighting or shiny surfaces, I kept them as faithful to the originals as I possibly could
